Invitation to Tender: Irish Museum of Modern Art Visitor Catering Facility

The Irish Museum of Modern Art invites proposals from suitably qualified parties for the concession to provide Visitor Catering Services, in accordance with the Museum’s Catering Services Specification, at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

The Café, which is located in the Vaults, caters for individuals and groups visiting the Museum and also attracts local business. It has been operating in its current location since 2001. IMMA now invites proposals for the development of the facility on the basis of a service partnership, with a particular view to attracting new markets whilst maintaining a quality catering experience to visitors at this unique venue.

Applications for this must be received by Fri 20 June 08.

A site visit and Catering Conference will be held at the Museum for all interested parties on Wed 25 June at 11.30am at which the detailed service specification and minimum contractor qualifications will be addressed. Applicants may be required to attend interview at the Museum for the purpose of further appraisal of their applications.
